Meet Leo
Hello, and it’s nice to virtually meet you! My name is Leo Aquino, and I’m the proud owner of One Stop Carpet Care and One Stop Contracting.
I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and have proudly called Williamsburg home since 2008. The values I grew up with—hard work, honesty, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching—are the foundation of everything we do. I believe in providing premium services NOT at a premium price. It is my personal commitment to give you more than what you are paying for—every single time.
What I love most about carpet cleaning is the transformation. Seeing a true before and after and the happiness it brings to our customers motivates me every day. I stand 100% behind our services.
I still go out and clean carpets alongside my team—it’s a great way to stay in shape 🙂 and I genuinely enjoy and take pride in the services we provide.
One Stop Carpet Care has been proudly serving the Williamsburg community since 2016. I have personally cleaned over 1,000 homes (and counting!), and we are honored to have earned 700+ five-star Google reviews from satisfied customers who trust our work.
I live in Williamsburg with my wife and our two daughters, and I’m proud to call this community home. I stay actively involved by volunteering with Chesapeake Bank, serving on its Board of Directors and Advisory Board, as well as on the James City County Board of Adjustments & Appeals, in addition to supporting other local institutions and nonprofit organizations.
In 2023, I was recognized by the Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce as one of the 15 Under 50, a heartwarming evening of celebration and inspiration highlighting individuals who have made significant contributions to our community.

Meet Mike
I’ve been with One Stop Carpet Care for over 7 years, and in that time, I’ve learned a lot about what it takes to give my clients the best service possible. As the Route Manager, I oversee operations while continuing to work hands-on with carpet cleaning. The most rewarding part of my job is when I see the carpet go from dirty and stained to its original, clean color. It’s like magic watching the dirt come out, and I can’t help but feel a sense of pride in that transformation.
I only use the truck-mounted system, which I like to call my “magic maker.” I don’t bring any portable equipment into your home because I believe in using the most powerful tools to get the job done right. In my 7 years of experience, I’ve cleaned over 3,000 homes and successfully removed pet odors from over 1,000 pet accidents. As a huge pet lover myself, I always ensure that your home is left fresh, clean, and free of any unwanted smells.
I go above and beyond for my clients because I truly care about the work I do. My motto is simple: “I am in your house, you are my boss!” I believe in delivering the highest level of service, and it’s that commitment that keeps my clients coming back.
