Leo started One Stop Cleaning because he saw a space for a company that offers all major cleaning needs under one roof. As a believer in exceptions, he knew he could run a different kind of company, focused on its customers, and make a positive impact.
One Stop is not about chasing the dollar—it’s about chasing the experience.
To run a company focused on customers, the company has to consist of quality people, and Leo makes a tireless effort to invest in human capital. He has zero tolerance for the norm, which means every member of the One Stop team meets or exceeds his extremely tough standards.
This business requires empathy. Leo knows he’s often meeting customers during stressful situations, and neither he nor his team forget this. He makes a point to personally be on site for as many jobs as possible while also building and developing the talented One Stop team.
Leo Lives in Williamsburg, VA with his Beautiful wife Rosi and his twin girls Leah and Siana. He enjoys spending time with family, coaching youth sports, attending Church, sporting events, boating, and golfing in his free time.

Rachel Lattin
Customer Experience Manager (AGM)
Rachel is our fantastic Customer Experience Manager. She is the one to pick up the phone and answer all the questions that our customers may have. Her positive attitude and driven personality will melt you.
She is able to help our customers and schedule their last minute needs.
When she is not in the office, you can find her in the gym. Rachel loves lifting weights and working out.
Maleny Salgado
Operations Support Specialist
Maleny is our amazing Operations Support Specialist, always smiling. She views every job thru the customers eyes, making her attention to details incredible.
She is married to Carlos, and they have 4 beautiful children. When she isn’t working, you will find her spending time with her family, reading and relaxing.
Michael Gaskin
Team Capitan
Mike is our awesome Carpet Team Lead. He strives to know as much as possible about cleaning carpets, hardwood, and tiles, and uses this information to exceed customer expectations every day.
He was born and raised locally. He is a 2002 graduate of Tabb High
When he’s off he enjoys relaxing, watching Football, and playing Rugby.
